Pre-ordered titles will ship within 5-7 business days of their launch date, unless otherwise specified. All orders are packed in cardboard book boxes and wrapped in bubble plast for safe shipping.

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Yes, we do offer international shipping for all our products. International shipments are subject to our standard return policy. Disko Bay is not responsible for additional customs clearance charges.
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING CHARGES?
We are operating with a flat rate shipping charge. International shipping 8€ (except USA, Australia and Greenland 12€, due to extra charges caused by Covid-19) and 7€ for shipping in Denmark. We endeavour to provide the best shipping prices we can, and as a result we will often send items through standard postal networks. Therefor not all packages can be tracked. For orders shipped using a tracked service, a tracking number can be provided by request. We are working with the Danish postal service Post Nord to handle all shipping.
ISSUE WITH YOUR DELIVERY
Any anomaly concerning the delivery (Goods missing compared to the delivery note, good error(s), damaged good(s), etc.) must be reported by email (info@diskobay.org) no later than 7 working days after the delivery date. Beyond this deadline, any claim will be rejected. The Buyer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery. Disko Bay shall use its reasonable endeavours to meet any date stated for delivery. In any event, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and Disko Bay shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the Buyer or any third party arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. The Buyer must ensure that accurate and complete information have been provided regarding the delivery address (street, building, stairwell, access codes, names and/or intercom numbers, etc.). Any reshipment caused by any mistake or lack of precision on the delivery address, will be the sole responsibility of the Buyer.
CUSTOMS DUTIES
Any order placed on the Site and delivered outside of Denmark may be subject to taxes and customs duties which may be levied when the package reaches its destination. These customs duties and taxes related to the delivery of a product are the responsibility of the Customer. The Seller is not obliged to check and inform the Customer of customs duties and taxes. To find out about these, the Seller advises the Buyer to consult the competent authorities of his/her country.
REFUND POLICY
If you are unhappy with any product you have purchase on this website for any reason, you may return it to us in its original condition within 7 working days and we will provide a full refund (excluding delivery costs). If the reason for the return is the result of our error, or if the item was damaged before it reached you, we will also refund the delivery costs. If you wish to request a refund due to a failed or returned delivery, we must recieve proof of the item being either lost or damaged in order to process the claim.
To make a return please send your item back to the appropriate address listed below. The item should be securely wrapped along with your delivery note and a letter explaining the reason for the return. We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.

The personal information of the User gathered from the purchase of a Product, or subscription to the Newsletter, will be collected and processed by the Publisher, who is responsible for processing. By purchasing a Product on the Site, or by subscribing to the newsletter, you consent to us collecting and processing your data in the manner described here. We collect and process your surname, first name, email address, postal address, and telephone number.
During each of your visits to the Site, the Publisher will collect information about your connection and navigation (your IP address, connection data, and navigation data). Different technologies can be implemented to collect this data. Some data will be collected automatically because of your actions on the Site, other information can be transmitted by partners.
When the User uses the Site Services, the personal data may be transferred to the company One.com, the Site’s host, and to the company WooCommerce for the extension of the WordPress site. When the user uses the payment services, the data may be transferred to Stripe as a service provider for online payment.
